Home Based Businesses: Melaleuca

Hey there! I am with a company called Melaleuca - it's an international health and wellness company.
Here are the basics:

There is a $29 (one-time) start-up fee that is refundable within 4 months if you change your mind. Monthly costs include shopping for Melaleuca's products that you and your family will use - not to resell. (we are not distributors with this business)
The company has been in business for 24 years and is headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Here is a link to them on the BBB website: (they have an A rating!) :)
I have been a customer since January 2005. At the time, I had two kids (ages 4 and 2) and was working part-time outside the home. I was also pregnant with my third little one, and thought it was time to find something to do from home to quit my other job. A friend introduced me to the company and once I tried the products, I was hooked! I love the healthy aspect, and I love helping others either improve their health or improve their finances.
Now my kids are 8, 7 and 4, so I am able to spend a little more time working then I could before. The income potential ranges from $120/month all the way up to people who have been doing this business for 10-15 (or more) years who are making tens of thousands a month. The great part is they are just regular people who chose to work hard and sacrifice to make a better life for their family. Anyone can do this business, but you have to be dedicate and willing to work for it. The sacrifices I've made along the way (giving up my afternoon nap and some evening TV time) are insignificant compared to the benefits I've gained. We are paying off our debt, saving for our kids' college and securing our future. And I work around my kids and my family, right from home. (can you tell I like what I do?!?) :)
My business website is http://www.workandbehome.com/. Thanks so much!

Work At Home United said...

Hi, My name is Terry and I too work from home and am partnered with Melaleuca. It was the best decision I ever made. About a year ago I went looking for more job security and to be able to work from home to take care of my aging father. At the time, I was a store manager for a major, big box retailer. I took a leap of faith, as I had never heard of Melaleuca before. What a leap!!! In August, I burnt my mortgage!!! Did it take hard work - YES. Did it take some sacrafice - Yes. Did it take me listening to people more successful than myself and learning from them - Yes.

But now I am able to stay at home and take care of my aging father and feel blessed everyday. You can visit my site at www.WAHU4ME.com. See what we are about.

One thing I realized is that only I can control the change in my life. I am glad a I did. You can too.
